Erin Ponds, MSN, FNP-c

Erin Ponds is a highly accomplished and dedicated medical professional with extensive experience in nursing and family medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010 and went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2017 and is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner with over 13 years of experience. Throughout her career, Erin has remained passionate about holistic approaches to medicine and has pursued certifications in various areas, including functional medicine, IV therapy, Peptide therapy, Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, Plant-based nutrition, and more. She strongly believes in treating patients as a whole and considers diet and lifestyle as crucial components of healthcare. Erin’s goal is for her patients to improve their health to a point where they no longer need her services. She has witnessed firsthand the gaps in our healthcare system and strives to be part of the solution. With her vast experience and commitment to holistic healthcare, Erin is a valuable asset to the medical field. She truly believes that we are meant to live well, not sick, and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and wellness.

Roland Spedale,
MD, Medical Director of Live Well Integrative Health

Dr. Spedale is a highly experienced board-certified Internist with over 25 years of medical expertise. In addition to being an accomplished physician who currently practices concierge internal medicine, he is also a US Navy Veteran. Dr. Spedale is a respected member of the Dothan medical community and serves on the board of Flower's Hospital. He is deeply committed to providing the highest quality patient care and believes in building a strong doctor-patient relationship that enhances a patient’s personalized medical care and helps achieve optimal health. His interests include patient education, healthy nutrition and exercise, as well as risk assessments and treatments for diabetes, coronary disease, and stroke prevention. 

While Dr. Spedale actively practices at his own clinical site, he is excited to collaborate with Erin as her COLLABORATING physician at Live Well.
