INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE

At Live Well, we prioritize improving your life through a holistic approach that includes diet, lifestyle, stress management, sleep, and addressing vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Achieving these goals is a process that takes time, effort, and a willingness to work with our provider.

Our medical evaluations involve detailed history and physical assessments as well as comprehensive physical exams. Additionally, we use multiple lab test evaluations that are tailored to the patient’s specific needs and budget.

Appointments are available to any adult 18 years or older who needs a root cause evaluation for their health problems or wants to improve their overall health.

Our Services

  • Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is a type of supplemental therapy that aims to mimic the hormones naturally produced in the body. However, not everyone is a good candidate for BHRT. Patients who are interested in this therapy will need to undergo evaluation and screening to determine whether they are suitable candidates. Despite widespread misinformation, most individuals can safely receive bioidentical hormones and can have major improvements in their health.

  • Peptide therapy

Peptides are a type of short-chain amino acids that are naturally synthesized in the body. Over the years, medical research has identified several types of peptides that can be used to treat various medical issues. In functional medicine, various peptides are used as a supplemental therapy to address things from fine lines, wrinkles, autoimmune issues, weight loss, and promote muscle building. While most peptides are not FDA-approved, we source them from reputable compounding pharmacies to ensure their safety and efficacy. Peptide therapy is an option for some individuals, but it’s important to note that not everyone is a suitable candidate. Those who are interested in this type of therapy must first undergo a thorough evaluation and lab screening, and the prescription will be based on the recommendations of our provider.

  • IV Therapy

We offer IV therapy as a supplemental treatment for our patients. We believe that certain IV therapies can be highly beneficial for improving or restoring a patient’s health, depending on their individual needs. However, it’s important to note that IV therapy is a serious treatment and should only be prescribed by a qualified medical professional. Our medical provider prescribes IV therapy treatments very judiciously to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. It’s worth mentioning that we are not an IV hydration clinic, and our IV therapy is meant as a complimentary service for patients requiring a specific treatment.

  • Lab Evaluations

We use different types of lab tests to assess your current health status, such as blood, stool, urine, breath, or saliva tests. We order these tests based on your specific needs and circumstances. If you’ve had any recent labs done at another clinic, we’re glad to take a look at them and analyze them from a functional medicine perspective, which is quite distinct from the traditional medical approach.

  • Functional Medicine Appointments

Functional medicine appointments are available to any adult 18 years or older who needs a root cause evaluation for their health problems or wants to improve their overall health. However, it’s important to note that functional medicine is not a quick fix and requires a commitment to working with our providers. At Live Well, we prioritize improving your life through a holistic approach that includes diet, lifestyle, stress management, sleep, and addressing vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Achieving these goals is a process that takes time, effort, and a willingness to work with our providers. Our functional medicine evaluations involve detailed history and physical assessments as well as comprehensive physical exams. Additionally, we use multiple lab test evaluations that are tailored to the patient’s specific needs and budget.

PLEASE NOTE, We do not accept insurance as we strive to provide the highest quality of service.

However, some labs may be covered by your insurance, and it is up to the individual patient to submit the claims to their insurance company for reimbursement. We offer various payment options, including cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards.

Please note that labs and appointment fees must be paid on the same day.
